2:23. এরপর ক্রুদ্ধ শলোমন প্রভুর নামে প্রতিশ্রুতি করে বললেন, “আমি প্রতিশ্রুতি করছি, এর মূল্য আদোনিয়কে দিতে হবে| এজন্য ওকে প্রাণ দিতে হবে|

2:23. King Solomon then swore an oath by the LORD, "May God judge me severely, if Adonijah does not pay for this request with his life!
